warm weather shipping policy

The Buckeye Chocolate and Coffee Roasting LLC are not responsible for damaged products due to not adding a cold pack when shipping to warm-weather areas. We recommend adding a cold pack for $7.00 when shipping to areas above 75 degrees Fahrenheit and recommend ensuring someone is available when the package is delivered to avoid sitting in the heat for a long period of time. If shipping to areas above 85 degrees Fahrenheit, Buckeye Chocolate recommends delaying shipment until cooler weather arises. During warmer months, Buckeye Chocolate may automatically apply Cold Pack Shipping to your order. If you would not like cold pack shipping and assume responsibility for melted product, you can select to decline cold pack shipping at checkout.
 

limitation of liability

The Buckeye Chocolate and Coffee Roasting LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if The Buckeye Chocolate and Coffee Roasting LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
